UI Extension finds site for new Onarga office

ONARGA — It did not take long for the University of Illinois Extension to find another building to rent for use as its new Onarga office.

The Extension, facing a June 30 deadline to move out of its current office at 912 W. Seminary Ave. in Onarga, has been offered the use of a building directly next door, officials said this week.

Suburban Express lawsuits dropped

PAXTON — As promised, a Champaign charter bus service has dropped all of its pending small-claims cases against passengers in Ford County Circuit Court.

On Tuesday afternoon, attorney James Long of the Chapin & Long law firm in Champaign filed motions to dismiss 103 cases filed by the bus company, Suburban Express Inc. Each case was dismissed with prejudice.
