PBL 8th-, 7th-grade volleyball teams defeat Watseka Glenn Raymond

WATSEKA -- The Paxton-Buckley-Loda eighth-grade volleyball team won 25-13, 25-12 Thursday over Watseka Glenn Raymond.
 
Addison Oyer led PBL (11-1) in kills with nine while Sydney Murphy had 11 assists, 33 sets and 13 points.
 
"We played outstanding tonight," PBL eighth-grade coach Kelli Vaughn said.

PBL seventh-grade volleyball loses in three sets to Clifton J.L. Nash

CLIFTON -- The Paxton-Buckley-Loda seventh-grade volleyball team lost 25-22, 16-25, 25-18 to Clifton J.L. Nash on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
 
Losa Suaava led PBL (6-5) in kills with six and aces with four while Averi Garrett had two aces and 15 service points.

PBL eighth-grade volleyball wins in two sets over Clifton J.L. Nash

PAXTON -- The Paxton-Buckley-Loda eighth-grade volleyball team won in two sets (25-12, 25-9) over Clifton J.L. Nash on Tuesday, Feb. 6 -- one day after winning in three sets at home over Milford.
 
"We played much better tonight," PBL eighth-grade coach Kelli Vaughn said. "I thought we played together, and we did a better job on coverage.

PBL seventh-grade volleyball wins 19-25, 25-18, 25-22 over Milford

PAXTON -- The Paxton-Buckley-Loda seventh-grade volleyball team won 19-25, 25-18, 25-22 Monday over Milford.
 
Losa Suaava led PBL (6-4) in kills with seven while Trixie Johnson and Emily Robidoux each added four kills.

PBL eighth-grade volleyball wins in three sets over Milford

PAXTON -- The Paxton-Buckley-Loda eighth-grade volleyball team won in three sets (25-11, 23-25, 25-16) over Milford on Monday.
 
"Well, it definitely was not our best night, but we hung in there and got the win," PBL eighth-grade coach Kelli Vaughn said.

PBL seventh-grade volleyball wins in three sets over Fisher

FISHER — The Paxton-Buckley-Loda seventh-grade volleyball team won 13-25, 25-20, 25-18 Tuesday, Jan. 30, over Fisher.

Trixie Johnson led the Panthers (4-4) in kills while recording two aces and 11 service points. Losa Suaava had two kills, five aces and 14 service points while Emily Robidoux had two kills, two aces and 10 service points.
