Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Ford County Township Assessors for the 2019 Assessment Year will be held Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Ford County Courthouse, Courtroom 100, located on the first floor at 200 W. State Street Paxton, IL. The purpose of the meeting is to give instructions to the local assessors that will tend to lend to uniformity in the assessment process. This meeting is open to the public.

Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud by the school administrative staff. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, unopened. The Village of Rantoul is accepting applications to fill the position of Human Resources Manager. The individual selected for the position will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior Village of Rantoul administrative functions in supporting the goals and mission of the Village. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Risk Management to include Workers Compensation administration, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, onboarding, and employment law compliance.

As a full-time permanent position, this position comes with a comprehensive benefits package to include items such as paid vacation and personal days, medical, dental, vision coverage and life insurance.
