Prairieland CEO, made up of students from the PBL, GCMS and Fisher high school districts, is preparing the next generation of strong effective leaders and being proactive in building our future

economic growth through a transformational entrepreneurship program

called CEO. Our community is seeking an innovative educator to facilitate the class - someone who believes that education extends beyond the classroom. The CEO Facilitator will create a learning environment where students are encouraged to explore and experience learning through real life activities through regular contact with local entrepreneurs and business people. The facilitator*s role is to model a passion for learning, connect with the students and community, collaborate with the CEO Board, and most importantly provide guidance to the students on their personal CEO journey. Class meets 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM Monday - Friday during the school year. Please send resume with references to

Fitness/Aquatic & Adult Recreation

Supervisor

Under general direction from the Director of the Recreation Department, directly supervises all aspects of the Forum Fitness Center, Hap Parker Family Aquatic Center, Adult Recreation programs and other Rantoul Recreation Department activities as assigned.

A successful applicant must have the ability to develop, market and administer sales promotions. Ability to be self-motivated and work as a part of a team to achieve department goals as well as working independently without direct supervision. Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. A thorough understanding and knowledge of municipal recreation. Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a variety of diverse activities simultaneously. Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relations with Village of Rantoul staff.

Selected applicant will be required to live within a twenty mile radius of the corporate limits of Rantoul within six months after the completion of a six month probationary term. A post-offer drug screen will be required of the selected applicant.

SUPERVISOR

Under general direction from the Recreation Director, directly supervises all aspects of the Youth Center, RRSR program, Cultural Arts program and other Rantoul Recreation Department activities as assigned. The Youth Programs/RRSR/Cultural Art Supervisor is responsible for the administration, development, direction, and evaluation of a comprehensive recreation program for individuals with special needs at the Rantoul Recreation Department. The Youth Programs/RRSR/Cultural Art Supervisor is responsible for administration, development, direction, and evaluation of visual/performing arts, cultural arts programs and classes, and special events. The Youth Programs/RRSR/Cultural Art Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Rantoul Recreation Department Youth Center. In addition, the Youth Programs/RRSR/Cultural Art Supervisor acts as the Rantoul Recreation Department's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance officer.
