Iroquois County grand jury indicts seven

WATSEKA — An Iroquois County grand jury indicted the following people for felony crimes on Dec. 5, according to a news release from State’s Attorney Jim Devine:

— Andrew M. Condon, 33, of Ashkum, for first-degree murder. Condon allegedly repeatedly fired a gun at Jonathan D. Rubin of Danforth, causing his death.

— Rhonda S. Siebert, 58, of Cissna Park, for theft. Siebert allegedly used checks and a credit card owned by the Village of Cissna Park to buy goods and services for personal use.

— Elizabeth A. Shrove, 35, of Gilman, for forgery. Shrove allegedly stole and altered a check with someone else’s name.

— Kelly R. Buhrmester, 52, of Milford, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and theft. Buhrmester allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of hydrocodone and stole cash.

— Omar Vences, 29, of Chicago, for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle. Vences allegedly was in possession of a stolen 2004 Cadillac.

— Jeff Benson, 33, of Memphis, Tenn., for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Benson allegedly had two tablets of hydrocodone in his possession.

— Todd E. Brady, 43, of Sheldon, for forgery and theft. Brady allegedly stole and altered a check with someone else’s name.
