• Elizabeth Manjarrez, 20, of Bradley, for a child restraint violation.
• Puebla Enrique, 35, of Kenosha, Wis., for driving without a license.
• Ryan A. Rahming, 28, of Paxton, for driving without a license.
• A 15-year-old female from Rossville, for driving without a license and failure to reduce speed.
• Devonia Diane Cotton, 26, of Forrest, for driving without a license.
• Dylan M. Shepherd, 18, of Saybrook, for operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Nathan J. Hennessy, 18, of Melvin, for operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Nikolai S. Chung, 19, of Mahomet, for operating an uninsured vehicle and disregarding a stop sign.
• Roy E. Havener, 47, of Gibson City, for failure to reduce speed.
• Tony P. Elmore, 46, of Gibson City, for driving on a revoked license, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, improper use of a turn signal and operating an uninsured vehicle.
• David W. Stolz, 80, of rural Gibson City, for failure to stop for a train or signal.
• Brittany Kay Bohrer, 24, of Grand Forks, N.D., for using a head lamp while driving.
• Kristine M. Bestler, 46, of Chicago, for driving 21-25 mph above the speed limit.
