• Gregory E. Feipel, 56, of Fairbury, for operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Mark M. Spangler, 46, of Garber, for disregarding a stop sign.
• Matthew K. Laukaitis, 20, of Decatur, for driving 26-30 mph above the speed limit.
• Mary M. Meszaros, 58, of Kankakee, for driving 21-25 mph above the speed limit, disregarding a stop sign, failure to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle, and improper traffic lane usage.
• Jessica J. Jean, 36, of Loda, for driving on a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver.
• A 17-year-old female from Kankakee, for failure to obey a stop sign.
• Steven E. Schade, 25, of Cullom, for driving on a suspended license and for an improper turn signal.
• Travis H. Creveling, 21, of Buckley, for improper display of registration plate/decal.
• Timothy J. Larkin Jr., 19, of Thawville, for driving 21-25 mph above the speed limit.
• A 17-year-old male from Thomasboro, for disregarding a stop sign.
• Allison Habied, 28, of Paxton, for driving on a suspended license.
• Diamond Bradford, 20, of Montgomery, for driving 26-30 mph above the speed limit.
• Silviano Enriquez-Mejia, 61, of Rantoul, for driving without a license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Wen Wang, 25, of Champaign, for driving 15-20 mph above the speed limit.
• Teresa A. Dorris, 51, of Waterford, Mich., for driving 15-20 mph above the speed limit.
• Autumn E. Taylor, 34, of Gibson City, for driving on a revoked license.
