Patricia "Pat" Ann Loschen

RANTOUL — Patricia “Pat” Ann Loschen, 78, of Rantoul, a graduate of Paxton High School, died on the morning of Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Lux Memorial Chapel, 1551 E. Grove Ave., Rantoul, with the Rev. Matt Bahnfleth officiating. Burial will follow in Huls Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Lux Memorial Chapel.

She was born Aug. 21, 1940, in Urbana, a daughter of Henry and Bertha (Schmidt) Albers.

Surviving are two children, Brenda (John) Simpson of St. Joseph and Michael Loschen of Rantoul; three sisters, Virginia Reece of Nicholson, Ga., Janet Withers of Rantoul and Judy (Jim) Quinlan of Rantoul; a brother, Paul (Jackie) Albers of Paxton; three grandchildren, Derek Moore, Shawn (Carolyn) Moore and Jeremy Moore, and their father, James Moore, all of Florida; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Dianne Halbrooks; and a daughter, Debbie Moore.

She was a graduate of Paxton High School. She retired from Rantoul IGA and Jerry’s IGA in Urbana after 20 years. She was an avid Illini basketball fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR. She loved her puzzle books and doing jigsaw puzzles. She loved her family dearly and had a special place in her heart for her grandpuppies.
